Glace Icing Recipe

Glace Icing Recipe

1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1-2 tablespoons warm water
Food coloring and/or flavoring (optional)

Sift the sugar into a bowl and gradually beat in enough water to give a smooth icing that is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon. Add food coloring and/or flavoring and use at once.
